Atty. Carressa Cagula
Founding Partner
As the Founding Partner of Cagula Law, Atty. Cagula has built a legal practice focusing on property disputes, family law, corporate matters, and regulatory compliance. She has experience handling legal concerns for both local and foreign corporations, businesses, and individuals. Her work includes assisting clients with land ownership issues, business compliance, and dispute resolution. She continues to oversee the firm’s legal services while ensuring adherence to professional and ethical standards.
Atty. Ralph Diaz
Managing Partner
Atty. Diaz serves as the Managing Partner of Cagula Law. Before becoming a lawyer, he worked as the firm’s full-time paralegal for four years while completing his law degree, gaining hands-on experience in case preparation, legal research, and document drafting. His deep understanding of both legal practice and firm operations allows him to oversee the firm’s daily management while continuing to handle cases in his areas of practice.
Atty. Leny Ignalaga
Of Counsel
Atty. Ignalaga, a law school classmate of Atty. Cagula, serves as Of Counsel to the firm. She has been a trusted partner in handling important corporate matters and legal compliance for domestic and foreign corporations-clients. Her expertise and experience in business law strengthen the firm’s ability to assist clients with regulatory requirements and corporate transactions.
Jessa Libres
Legal Assistant
Jessa is a dedicated legal assistant who plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our office. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail support the legal team in managing case files, coordinating schedules, and assisting with client communications. With her friendly and professional demeanor, Jessa is an integral part of our commitment to providing reliable and effective legal services.
Atty. Zander Plaza
Of Counsel
Atty. Plaza serves as Of Counsel to Cagula Law. As the mentor of Atty. Cagula, he has played a significant role in shaping her legal practice. More than half of the firm’s successful and pending cases remain in collaboration with Atty. Plaza, reflecting his continued involvement in complex legal matters.
While maintaining his independent legal practice, Atty. Plaza provides valuable insight and legal expertise, particularly in litigation and case strategy. His extensive experience and collaborative approach strengthen the firm’s ability to handle a wide range of legal concerns.
Atty. Rolly Gonzaga
External Counsel
Atty. Gonzaga serves as External Counsel for Cagula Law, providing independent legal support on select cases. He also collaborates with the firm on specialized legal matters as needed. While not a partner or full-time member of the firm, his expertise contributes to the legal services we provide to our clients.
Hanah Quiño
Manager
Hanah serves as the Office Manager at Cagula Law - Dapa, Siargao. A graduate of Office Administration on June 2, 2024, Hanah has been a valued team member since her student days. Her strong organizational skills and dedication to her role help ensure the efficient operation of our office. Hanah’s enthusiasm and professionalism contribute to maintaining a welcoming environment for both clients and colleagues.
